Britt’s Accessories is a furniture and accessories rental company located in London, Ontario, proudly serving London, Middlesex County, Elgin County and Oxford County areas. Working with Realtors, Home Stagers, and Home Owners to help get your home prepared for the market!

Britt is a Local Londoner with many years in the real estate industry looking to help Realtors, Home Stagers and home owners maximize their properties potential when preparing their home to bring to the market. Knowing that every dollar counts we strive to work with the clients ideal budget. Sometimes a home just needs a bit of glam to make it shine, bringing in a few fresh pieces and accessories can make a world of a difference in a buyers eyes.

Both pickup and delivery options are available- We work with third party movers and delivery rates are subject to their billing hours.

WHAT WE DO

We specialize in renting out furniture, art and accessories (everything from large and small furniture pieces to simple accessories, throw pillows, faux greenery, florals and artwork) to professional home stagers, realtors, and residential home owners in London, Middlesex County, Elgin County, Oxford County and surrounding areas, allowing them to effectively present and market their home or commercial spaces for sale and lease.

HOME STAGING!

We now offer vacant AND owner occupied home staging! Currently partnered with 3 local home stagers.

Quite often home owners will be able to work with main pieces they already have and we can provide some fresh art and accessories to make the space shine! We are here to help you create the most attractive space possible in the eyes of prospective buyers.

Pick up of items is available, delivery of larger or multiple items is also available (options at checkout).

Britt’s Accessories offers a connection to professional staging services whether you require just a consult to get a game plan in order or would like the plan executed for you! Increased positive appeal will also allow property owners to increase their sale or lease prices based on the overall appearance.

One of our staging consultants will provide a top notch consultation and honest advice to property owners and realtors assisting their seller clients to prepare their homes for sale. Each consultation will provide helpful and detailed recommendations for furniture and accessories to best complement the layout and design of your property. If you want or need to rent any furniture, art or accessories they can assist you in choosing a staging package to best your needs. A quote will be provided to you for this service, once we understand the extent of work needed and any furniture or decor required.

If you already have a home staging consultant? We would love to work alongside them. with your current home stager who can assist you with the full set up and removal of any items you require.

If you are a home stager, we would love to assist you with your clients and help make your job a little bit smoother!
