Rent any and all decor items you could possibly need to add some flare to your home.


Books, Floor & Table Lamps, Centrepieces, Greenery, Flowers, Vases, Bowls, Trays, Throw Pillows, Bedding, Art, Mirrors, Rugs, Throw Blankets & so much more. A little bit of luxury and fresh décor can go a long way.

PERSONLIZED HOME STAGING

READY TO GO STAGING

Ready to go staging focuses on the main rooms of interest: Living Room, Dining Space and Master Bedroom.  Packages will vary based on home layout and space but product value will remain the same. 


IDEAL FOR VACANT PROPERTIES. 


Pricing INCLUDES Set up, delivery AND pick up! (more than 30 minutes outside of London will have an additional delivery cost-TBD depending on location).


What to expect: Ready To Go Packages Include the following items as needed; Living Room set up ( sofa or LS, 1-2 side chairs, coffee table, end table(s), table lamps and/or  floor lamp, art, area rug & accessories), Bedroom (Queen size black metal frame, box spring, headboard,2 night tables, lamps,accessories and decor, bedding & pillows, art and throw blanket) and Dining space (table & chairs or stools, table accessories, art). 


Each package includes Front entry set up, if space allows, either a console table or bench in the entry of the home. We ensure there are greenery, art and decor pieces in the kitchen and all bathroom(s). The little things count and make a difference! 


All furniture and accessories will be chosen to match the property's paint colors. Every property is different so quantity of smaller items such as decor pieces and florals or greenery will vary. It is ideal if the property can be seen before staging so we can ensure the proper size pieces are chosen for your property.


All rentals are for 30 DAYS with additional rental months available at a discounted rate.
